What’s NEXT after booking my appointment?
An Appointment Verification Form (AVF) will be sent to your email to verify whether your preferred appointment schedule is confirmed or rescheduled due to the unavailability of a suitable clinician.

What if I don’t receive any email confirmation within 1 to 2 hours upon payment?
Try checking your Promotions or Spam folder. If after 1-2 hours you have not yet received your email confirmation, please send us an email at agapay@ymplead.ph (Email subject: No Booking Confirmation Email Received_*Client’s Last Name*)
How can I cancel my appointment?
As of now, appointment cancellations will not be accommodated as we are working towards improving this arrangement. However, all bookings are subject to rescheduling for up to three (3) times ONLY. Beyond that, your appointment will be considered void.
How can I reschedule my appointment?
- Click “Hello, *Your name*” > Proceed to “Appointment” > Click your booked appointment > Click the “Reschedule” button > Mark on the calendar your NEW preferred date and time.
- Wait for our email verification with regards to your request to reschedule
- Only agapay’s staff via our official email address, agapay@ymplead.ph, will let you know if your requestto reschedule has been confirmed.
- Please take note that you will NOT receive an immediate email notification when you click “Reschedule.”
- Kindly wait for at least 1 hour to receive the email notification, if you still have not received any, please reach out to us at agapay@ymplead.ph (Email subject: Request for Appointment Reschedule_*Client’s Last Name*)
- Rescheduling is permitted for three (3) times ONLY. Beyond the specified number of rescheduling, the appointment is declared invalid/void.
My clinician didn’t show up for our appointment. What should I do?
After 15 minutes of waiting without the attending clinician, you may apply for rescheduling. Send us an email with the following details:
a.) Client’s Full Name
b.) Appointment Number
c.) Appointment Date and Time
Kindly send it to agapay@ymplead.ph (Email subject: Clinician No Show on insert date and time of the appointment)
What if the schedule of my follow-up appointment is not available on the website for booking?
Book the nearest available schedule of your clinician that is most convenient for you.
Note that during your previous appointment, your clinician should have given you at least 3 options regarding his/her next availability. Otherwise, please send an email to your clinician through the email address she/he used during your teleconsultation session (Email subject: Follow-up Appointment Schedule Unavailable_*Client’s Last Name*).

Audio/ Microphone Issues
- Kindly check your desktop/phone/tablet settings.
- Allow Google Meet to have access to your microphone.
- As you enter the GMeet room, ensure your microphone is turned on or not on mute.
Video Issues
- Kindly check your desktop/phone/tablet settings.
- Allow Google Meet to have camera access.
- Check that your camera is well-functioning, connected, and turned on.
- Close any applications interfering with camera use.
- Reload the website or Restart your computer.
